Delivery & Shipping Policy
ARQON sells digital files. Nothing is posted or couriered — everything is delivered electronically, immediately.

What you receive
Every product on ARQON is a digital file or set of files — AutoCAD drawings, Revit families and templates, SketchUp and 3ds Max models, textures, and similar. The formats included are listed on each product page before you buy.
There is no physical shipment, no delivery address is required, and no shipping charge is ever added to your order.
When you receive it
Access is granted as soon as your payment is confirmed by the payment provider. In practice this is a few seconds.
- Your download begins automatically on the order confirmation page.
- A receipt is emailed to the address on your account. Where the files are small enough to send, they are attached to that email.
- Every purchase is added to your account permanently, under Account → Downloads.
If a bank or payment provider holds a transaction for review, delivery waits for their confirmation. The order page updates itself as soon as that arrives.
How long you keep access
Indefinitely. A file you have bought stays in your account and can be downloaded again whenever you need it — after a computer is replaced, a drive fails, or a project is reopened years later. We do not expire purchases.
A fair-use limit applies to the number of downloads per month across your account, to prevent automated redistribution. It is set well above ordinary use and you will not meet it in the course of normal work.
If something does not arrive
Occasionally an email is filtered, or a download is interrupted. In every case the purchase is already recorded against your account, so nothing is lost:
- Sign in and open Account → Downloads. Everything you have bought is listed there.
- Check the spam folder for the receipt, and add our address to your contacts.
- If the file is still not reachable, contact us with your order number and we will send it directly.
Technical requirements
You need the software the file was made for — AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar — and, where a product is supplied as a .zip archive, a way to extract it. Each product page states the format and the software version it was prepared in. We cannot open a file on your behalf, but we will always confirm what a product contains before you buy.
