Privacy Policy

How ARQON handles your information. In short: we collect what an online shop needs to sell you a file and support you afterwards, and nothing else.

Who is responsible

ARQON, based in Mohandessin, Giza, Egypt, is responsible for the information described here. Reach us at [email protected] or through the contact page.

What we collect

When you create an account: your email address, and a name if you give one. Passwords are stored only as a cryptographic hash β€” we cannot read yours, and neither can anybody who obtained our database.

When you buy something: the order, its contents, the amount, the currency, and the country the order was placed from. We record which payment provider handled it and the reference they gave us.

When you download a file: which file, when, and the IP address and browser used. This exists to enforce the fair-use limit and to detect files being redistributed at scale.

When you use the AI tools: the settings you chose, any image you uploaded, and the drawing produced. These are stored against your account so you can return to a result later.

Automatically: the country your request appears to come from, so prices can be shown in your own currency, and basic security logs.

What we never see

Your card details.Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are entered on the payment provider's own page, never on ours. They do not pass through this website and we could not store them if we wanted to. We receive only the outcome β€” paid or not β€” and a reference number.

Why we hold it

  • To sell you a file and give you access to it afterwards β€” the contract between us.
  • To send transactional email: receipts, password resets, and delivery of your purchases.
  • To keep the accounts and tax records the law requires us to keep.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and large-scale redistribution of paid files.

We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site. We measure visits ourselves, on our own servers: which pages are viewed, how a visit arrived (the link's campaign tags or the referring site), and which steps of a purchase it reached β€” so we know which posts and pages are useful. That measurement uses a random identifier, never your IP address, and is not shared with anyone.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run the shop, and only the minimum each one requires:

  • Payment providers β€” Paymob, and Stripe outside Egypt. They receive your name, email and the amount in order to take the payment, and they handle your card details directly under their own privacy policies.
  • Our email provider (Resend) β€” receives your email address and the message, in order to deliver receipts and password resets.
  • Our hosting and CDN β€” process requests in order to serve the site.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Cookies

The site sets a small number of cookies. Some are necessary for it to work: one to keep you signed in, one to remember your cart, and one to remember your display preferences.

Four are our own first-party measurement cookies: a random visitor identifier (kept for up to a year), a visit identifier (ends after 30 minutes without activity), and how your browser first and most recently arrived at the site (the campaign tags or referring site). They are read only by ARQON, never by advertisers or other third parties. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, they last only until you close the browser.

How long we keep it

  • Your account and purchase history: for as long as the account exists, because your downloads depend on it.
  • Orders, invoices and payment records: for the period Egyptian tax law requires, even after an account is closed.
  • Download and security logs: about 12 months.
  • AI jobs and the files they produced: until you delete them, or the account is closed.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

  • Get a copy of your data β€” there is an export in Account β†’ Settings that produces it immediately.
  • Correct anything that is wrong, from the same page.
  • Have your account deleted. Records we are legally required to retain β€” invoices, chiefly β€” survive deletion; everything else goes.
  • Turn off any non-essential email from the notification preferences. Receipts and password resets cannot be turned off, as they are part of the service.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We respond within one business day.

Security

Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed, two-factor authentication is available on every account, and download links are individually signed and expire within a minute of being issued. Access to the administration area is restricted and every action taken there is logged.

No system is perfect. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority promptly rather than quietly.

Children

The site is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how your data is used, tell account holders by email.
